Terms of service.

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    Original Artwork returns may be negotiated within 2 days of receiving your order. If approved, all postage costs including shipping to you and for the return, are covered by you.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Art prints cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you!

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like art prints, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on certain sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges

    Reach out if you didn't receive what you expected, and we'll do our best to send you a replacement asap!

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    WHOLESALE

    All art prints are a replica of an original charcoal drawing by Australian artist, Jillian Lucas.

    Prints are produced in Australia by a professional printer.

    All products are Australian made and sustainable where possible.

    Art prints are pre-packaged in a clear sleeve with a thick backing board. This makes it easy to display them on shelf, tubs, baskets etc. and protects the image for the customer.

    Postage for a sample is free. A postage cost will occur for all orders.

    Minimum quantities apply.

    Availability:

    I keep some stock on hand. For any prints not in stock, we will require a lead time of 4 weeks to work with the printers. This may be shorter. I will keep you up to date as the order progresses.
